Chonk Terms
PLEASE READ:
-All chonks have growth points, but we cannot guarantee growth
-Growth will depend on the conditions you provide the chonk
-The chonk will be wrapped in moist moss, paper towel and saran wrap
-If you live in a place that will go below 50F, you will be needing insulated packaging, we will send you an additional follow up invoice after you’ve placed your order- it's $8
-Your order will not be fulfilled if you do not pay for the insulation invoice (if you need one) and will be cancelled after 24 hours
-We have mailed out multiple chonks before
-We will not be responsible for the growth of the chonk, purchase at your own risk
-If you receive a dead chonk, please take a photo of it within four hours of receipt and email us at info@variegatedplants.shop
-Even our insulated packaging has limitations, we can hold on to the chonks if you live in an area that will get extremely cold and ship it out when weather permits it
