Can I pot a plant that I bought from you in soil?

Absolutely! Just make sure you are potting it in a very light and airy mix.

Where are you located?

We are located in Las Vegas, Nevada USA.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We do pop ups all over Las Vegas, please check our Instagram for our next location.

Where do you ship?

We only ship in continental US. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Guam. We do not ship internationally.

When do you ship?

Our cutoff time is Sunday at 10:00 PM, we only ship during Mondays to increase the likelihood of the plant getting to the customer before the weekend.

What if I order on a Monday night?

We will ship your order the following week.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, email us at info@variegatedplants.shop to schedule a pick up date and time.

I'm going to Vegas next weekend, can I get my order delivered to my hotel?

Certainly! Email us at info@variegatedplants.shop to let us know which hotel you're staying in and what time you want the plant to be delivered.

What if my plant arrives dead?

Shipping plants is still risky and sometimes plants arrive in less than perfect condition. In those situations we ask our customers to take photos of the plant while it is still in the box and contact us before doing anything else with the plant so we can suggest a plant recovery plan.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for live plants.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

No.
